Where we ship to
At this time we ship to the UK, Europe, and the USA. You will only be able to choose from these regions during checkout.
We may be able to arrange custom shipping if you live outside of these regions. Please email [email protected] with your location and what you wish to order to find out.
Collection in person is not available at this time.
International orders
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
If you choose not to pay import duties or taxes and the parcel is returned to us, we will refund the order price once it arrives back with us, minus our shipping cost.
Failure to pay duties, provide customs information, or collect the parcel may result in the shipment being treated as abandoned. In such cases the goods cannot be returned or refunded. Please see returns and refunds for more information.
Processing time
We aim to process and ship within 3 to 4 business days after being placed unless otherwise stated on the product detail page. Please avoid contacting us during this time.
Tracking and order status
All items are sent using Royal Mail Tracked services.
- They will notify you with a tracking number once the item is in their system. Updates are sent to the email address you provided during checkout.
- For UK orders, you will receive notifications right up to delivery.
- For International orders, they will notify you up to the point the item is handed over to the postal service in your country. Notifications from that point vary by country.
If after 4 business days you have not received a tracking number you can check the status of your order by emailing [email protected] with your Stripe receipt number.
If your tracking shows no updates after 14 days, please contact us so we can open an investigation with Royal Mail.
