This website is owned and operated by Friends of Palestinian Universities (“we”, “us”, “our”), a charity registered in England and Wales, charity number 114343.

By accessing this website or placing an order through our online shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. Please read them all carefully before using our site.

3. Online shop and payments

Additional terms apply when placing an order through our online shop.

Orders create a contract of sale between you and Friends of Palestinian Universities.

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
  • Prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated.
  • Your order is not complete until payment has been successfully authorised.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example if stock is unavailable or if pricing errors occur. Any cancelled order will be refunded in full.

By placing an order, you agree to:

  • provide accurate contact and delivery information
  • review tracking updates sent to you by couriers
  • comply with any customs requirements in your country, including payment of duties and responding to customs requests

All shipping, delivery expectations, customs requirements, and customer obligations are governed by our Shipping Policy.

All return rights, cancellations, cooling-off rights, and refunds are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

Any invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a provision that most closely reflects the original intent, to the extent permitted by law.
